After a free morning where we can enjoy the beauties of Madrid on our own, in the afternoon we enjoy a Madrid tour off the beaten paths! We will get into the real Spanish food culture, visiting one of the most emblematic ham houses in Madrid, we will taste the best Iberian ham paired with selected Spanish wines; and we will taste various cuts of Iberian products such as chorizo, salchichón or manchego cheese. In the morning we leave the Capital and we reach Sevilla by High Speed Train (just 2,5 hrs). Once arrived, we start our tour on the footstep of the Art beauties of the Andalusian Capital: we will start with a nice cruise that will take us through the beautiful buildings and bridges on the shores of the Guadalquivir River, with its Monastery of the Cartuja, where the famous Christopher Columbus planned his trip through the unknown, the New World. We will visit the famous Bullring, the famous Isabel II’s Bridge with a panoramic view to discover the Triana’sneighbourhood, an old sailor and potter’s quarter. We finish our visit at the Basilica Macarena, where we will admire the image of the most famous Virgin of Sevilla. Overnight at the Soho Boutique Sevilla Hotel or similar


Today we make a step into the Andalusian culture! We reach Jerez and we enjoy a guided tour of the Cathedral of Wine, one of the most famous wine cellars in the world, where we will be able to enjoy a tasting session of its famous wines. Then we will move on to witness an equestrian show staged by great masters of their art. We will continue with some free time in Cádiz, Western Europe oldest city, and a panoramic tour of its enchanting Atlantic Coast. Overnight at the Soho Boutique Sevilla Hotel or similar


Today we leave Sevilla to reach Córdoba by train (1,5 hrs). Once arrived in Cordoba, we start our guided tour, through the marvellous Arab heritages of the city: the majestic Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, a constructive milestone of the military architecture of the Christian reconquest. in Córdoba, the wonderful Jewish quarter of Córdoba, full of life, shops and its synagogue. To end the route, we enter the beautiful Mosque, a spectacular witness of the caliphate age, Unesco Heritage. Overnight at the Hotel Eurostars Maimonides Cordoba or similar


Today we enjoy a full day trip into the heart of Andalusian country side, discovering some of the best local specialties! We start on the footsteps of olive oil, visiting an olive trees grow and mill, see how it works. Then we move in the town of Montilla, beautiful and characteristic town in the heart of the Andalusian olive oil district, where we will enjoy a typical tapas light lunch. After the lunch we reach our last step for today, the Alvear Winery, one of the most prestigious Andalusian cellars, where we will taste some top wines. We move by train to Granada, where we will have the chance to admire the Alhambra, the most famous and well-preserved settlement of the Caliphate age in Europe, and UNESCO Heritage. We will also have the chance to see the Generalife Gardens, one of the most impressive gardens of the world. The tour will continue with the Albayzín Quarter, considered as one of the most charming and with more history spots of the whole city. Never tired, we end up with the flamenco show Zambra “La Rocío” Sacromonte, which enjoys a worldwide reputation as one of the places where flamenco reaches its maximum expression and quality.
